This video is a webinar that was held on October 25, 2013 with our members and with Ballard Spahr to
discuss, among other things, whether to register for the new
CFPB complaint reporting database. This is a critical
issue that you need to learn about and make a decision on.
The webinar is about 50 minutes in length but there
are navigation buttons that will allow you to jump to the
sections that most interest you if you don't have time to view
the entire webinar. Please allow 20
to 30 seconds for the video to start depending on the speed of
your internet connection. You can view this on your mobile
devices but we believe the experience will be better on a
traditional PC or laptop.

www.consumerfinance.gov/company-signup to sign up
for the CFPB complaint reporting database.
Finally, be sure that you read the
navigation suggestions below and be sure you view the video in
