This webinar was held with our workgroup members to
discuss the recent CFPB payday lending study as
reported
here and the impact this
will have on our industry. We were joined in that discussion by
our attorney from Ballard Spahr -- Jeremy Rosenblum. This
is an important discussion on the payday focus of the CFPB that you do not want to miss! We also
had very interesting discussions regarding the Borrow Smart
Compliance e-learning program that focused on features and, in
particular, how some may roll out the compliance program insider
of their company. It is about forty minutes in length but there
are navigation buttons that will allow you to jump to the
sections that most interest you if you don't have the time. Please allow 20
