With the continuing decline of our country's financial
picture, Borrow Smart recently launched an initiative to
inform our customers about the wise use of our services.
All Borrow Smart members have posted this flier on their doors or inside of their stores
(click on poster at right to enlarge) to advise their customers to borrow smart during these
challenging times.
As the former Federal Reserve Bank President
so aptly stated here when he recently spoke about
our industry, consumers depend on our services and we
have a moral obligation to our customers to be sure our
services are used in a wise manner.

We have had several responses from the media about our
program. A local TV station actually produced a
story that you can view by clicking the image at the top
of the page. As you can see in the video clip
above, our
Borrow Smart
member does an excellent job of explaining
this new customer initiative. By they way, this is
the same member who recently produced this spot (on the
left) that has generated very positive results.
As we have so often said, it is possible (and terribly
important) to get our side of the story out to the
public. This initiative is a perfect example of how
we accomplish this task.
